The Garden Plaza renovation
project will provide opportunities for upgrading
the building envelope, façade, and interior
public spaces, thus improving the overall structural
design and energy efficiency. The architectural
style will be updated to reflect a more modern
image while at the same time act as a model
for area developments achieving goals established
by the LEED rating system.
