HVAC:

The heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system utilizes a high-efficiency central chiller system with VAV distribution. It is fully compliant with requirements of the International Mechanical Code, NFPA requirements, ASHRAE standards and all county, state and federal requirements of agencies having jurisdiction
An energy management system, which is used to control the entire system, will be utilized to maximize energy efficiency
Fan powered, direct digitally controlled variable air volume (VAV) boxes will distribute conditioned air on each floor. Each floor’s restrooms are separately exhausted


Fire Safety:

100% sprinklered and fed by a dedicated fire pump
Life safety system is comprised of a fully addressable, fire alarm system and fire alarm annuncicator panel
